The groups will involve experiential learning, practical exercises and group discussion that will improve your knowledge and self-awareness.

    You will learn about the attitudes, life skills, psychological strategies and behaviors that will enable you to improve your life. The courses are designed to inspire and motivate you to develop new skills and rituals that will support your enhanced wellbeing.
